There is so much at stake this Easter. There always is. It’s Easter. This is not just a day about bunnies and chocolate. This is a day we celebrate the bodily, physical resurrection of Jesus from the dead. It matters! There is so much at stake. Certain Hope - #1 - Running on Empty
Those who came to the tomb on Easter morning were running on empty. They were worn, tired, broken, afraid. But then Jesus came to them, showed them he was alive, and now they ran on a new sort of empty - the empty tomb.
In many ways, we too may be running on empty. God grant that we may run on a new sort of empty - the power and strength of the empty tomb.
